About Altogether Active

 

Anita set up Altogether Active from an enjoyment and passion for fitness. As a young Mum I explored ways I could work and also keep fit whilst bringing up a family.

I started to teach classes and over the years continued to gain experience and knowledge which led me to setting up my very own personal training studio in West London.

My current focus is women’s health, looking at how we train women of all ages.  My present research areas are around menopause, how it affects our bodies and how we can adapt our training and improve our mental health.

I am a qualified personal trainer, aerobics instructor, triathlon coach, lowland leader, duke of edinburgh assessor and NNAS instructor.   My thirst for learning never stops and I love to try new things. 

I understand how essential it is to have guidance, support and encouragement when starting a fitness journey.

Fitness should be fun, it should give you a sense of achievement, enable you to fulfil potential.  will help you cut through barriers and help you to focus on your limitless potential to fulfil your fitness dreams and ambitions.

My tailored approach encompasses one-to-one training, buddy training, and group exercise classes, catering to all fitness levels and aspirations. I will help you celebrate every achievement, big or small, and am commitment is to inspire you to increase your fitness, vitality, and confidence.
