One-to-One Personal Training Sessions
Training takes place in my personal training studio and each session lasts an hour.
Training sessions will be bespoke and planned to work towards your fitness goals, whether is weight loss, event training, mood management or maintaining mobility and strength.
Training can also be with a partner or buddy, let me know on booking and you can bring them along.
One to one training sessions cost £55 for a 1-hour session. Partner or buddy training sessions cost £ 95.
You can also purchase blocks of 10 sessions at a discounted rate.

Women's Strength & Functional Fitness Class
Step into a private, small‑group circuit experience perfect for friends who want to train together in a comfortable, personal setting. This session blends strength, movement, conditioning, and sculpting into a dynamic, functional flow tailored to your group’s needs.
Led by an experienced personal trainer, each circuit is thoughtfully crafted to challenge your body safely and effectively while keeping the atmosphere fun, supportive, and energising. You’ll move through a series of well‑equipped stations that build strength, improve mobility, and enhance overall conditioning—without the noise, pressure, or distractions of a traditional gym.
This intimate environment is ideal for women who prefer to train away from mixed‑gender spaces, whether for religious reasons, past intimidation, or simply wanting a calm, confidence‑building setting shared with people they trust. The private format ensures comfort, privacy, and a sense of ease, allowing every participant to focus fully on their own progress.
Your group can book the session privately, choosing a time and date that suits you, creating a truly boutique experience. And if you don’t have a group to bring with you, there’s no need to miss out. The group session cost is £60. Please contact me to arrange.
I also run a set circuit classes (max 4 people) on Tuesdays and 10am, offering the same supportive, high‑quality training in a small, welcoming group. Individual cost is £15 per person per session. Please contact me to be added to the booking app.

Training plans
If you just want a training plan so you can get going yourself I can put this together for you.
This can be for an event or based around other goals. You will receive a free consultation and one session. The session will take you through exercises to make sure you are happy with the plan. There will also be tutorials on exercises that you can refer to if you forget. The consultation and session can either be face to face or virtual.
The cost of a single training plan is £100.

Gym Ready Program
The Gym Ready Program aims to build confidence and teach the basics to empower clients to be able to enter a gym with confidence and know what to do. This program is delivered over 3 x 1 hour sessions.
Gym ready programs cost £135.

Run Ready Program
The Run Ready Program aims to enable clients to start or return to running. This includes strength and cross training to ensure they start off their running journey with a good foundation, reducing the risk of injury and becoming a strong and confident runner. This Program is delivered over 3 x 1-hour sessions.
